We’re a fast-growing B-Corp(™) on a mission to get more fruits and vegetables into people’s lives. If you’re looking for a plum role where you can really make a difference, come join us.
We believe that eating more fruit and vegetables is the simplest way for people to enjoy longer, healthier lives. It’s good for people, and it’s good for the planet. By finding new and better ways to bring these goods to everyone, we will not only reduce food loss and waste, but also nudge consumers and the food industry towards more responsible choices.
learn moreValues are like vegetables: if you want to see the benefits, you have to include them in your diet every day. By practicing these five principles as daily habits, we are building a company we can all be proud of.
We hold ourselves accountable. We recognize that we have many advantages, and try to give back generously to those who don’t. We are committed to growing sustainably, minimizing waste and reducing our impact on the planet.
We are curious: we challenge conventions and keep on learning. We stay agile: always ready to initiate, innovate, pivot, and transform. We are shaking up the nutrition industry for the better.
We listen to our members, so that we can get to know them better. We keep it real. Nothing artificial, always authentic, transparent and trustworthy. We don’t compromise on quality, ethics, or science.
We value each other: our community is diverse, empathetic, respectful, supportive, and inclusive. We celebrate together: win or lose. We share our team spirit and learn from our mistakes.
We strive to do better every day. We are not afraid to be wrong - and to admit it. We are naive enough to attempt things that others say are impossible.
The projects I find most exciting at kencko are the ones related to how we interact with our members — all the digital experiences we develop to make members happy, and give them the flexibility to adjust kencko to their needs.

I get a lot of joy out of being able to help our members with whatever inquiries they have! This wouldn't be possible without having great relationships with other departments in the company, a factor that I also love about kencko.

I thoroughly appreciate the flexibility offered by kencko in terms of hours and location. As a father of a one-year-old, working full time, this flexibility is really what allows me to spend time with Benji and put him to bed every night.
